Multiple workflow job aids to support student transactions at the National Veterans’ Training Institute (NVTI).

If someone on the National Veterans’ Employment Institute team was away, no one could fill their shoes.
Up to that point, there were no job aids showing how to enroll students or complete other transactions.

No documentation, unclear work processes, and an urgent need to document operational consistency.
Client preferred video job aids, but we determined the skill levels precluded that option.

Created 120 step-by-step job aids that spanned five workstreams: Student Registration, Facilities, Travel, Communication, and Systems Admin functions.
While low-tech, job aids fit the need perfectly and were easier to maintain.

NVTI Job Aids
The program team needed a quick and easy to maintain anytime-anywhere learning solution. Job aids fit that role nicely and could be accessed from a SharePoint site. When finished, we delivered 120 job aids that covered five operational work streams. Click an image below to view sample items.
