Multiple workflow job aids

We needed to document work processes for the National Veteran’s Training Institute so anyone could fill in for any team member. Up to that point, there was no documentation.
The National Veterans’ Training Institute (NVTI) enhances the capabilities veterans’ employment providers throughout the united States. The program is administered by Management Concepts for the Department of Labor.

There was very little to no existing documentation.

Across five work streams, create detailed step-by-step job aids. We applied the Information Mapping format discipline to create a style guide and 118 job aids for Student Registration, Facilities, Travel, Communication, and Systems Management functions.
It was low-tech but quick to develop and highly effective.

NVTI Job Aids
The program team needed a quick anytime-anywhere learning solution that was easy to maintain. Job aids fir that role nicely and could be accessed from a SharePoint site. When finished, we delivered 118 job aids the covered five operation work streams. Click an image below to view sample items.
