A major biopharma engages contract project managers to lead all their IT projects. They may serve for up to 18 months.
Even with a steady turnover of project managers, there are few resources to onboard new project managers.
Thus, onboarding was uneven, took longer than desired, and increased project costs.

Map work processes, build a library of job aids, convert some to video, and build 30 modules using Articulate Rise. All videos and modules were made without narration to allow easy revision.

Visual Job Aids
Across the project, we mapped dozens of work processes and created job aids. Efficient, detailed, but flat. To add some sparkle (as the client put it), we dropped the content in Camtasia, added a music track, and voila video job aids. Maybe not terribly exciting, but quick to deliver and the team loved them. Well, as much as one can love a job aid.
