Now We Get to Work

We may start with a style guide, create an Articulate template, or storyboard a video. There may be system demos to capture, job aids to write, or infographics to create with the help of AI.

As we work, we monitor quality and test functionality. There will be client feedback to coordinate and then trace to completion. Soon, we will publish materials, load content to an LMS, or prep instructor deliveries. It all depends on the project.

There are always stakeholder and client update briefings. We included a few examples.

Let’s see how we do it.

Style Guide for Consistency

The devil is in the details. Multiple objects and multiple writers means we use a style guide to stay consistent.

We may need a project-level guide; sometimes we need something more specific to the content.

Digital Storyboarding for Proof of Concept

Storyboarding offers a roadmap to what learners will see, hear, and do. This lets clients see what’s to come and offer feedback. Our storyboards are simple, visual, and efficient.

Text-to-Speech Audio for Narration

We use AI-generated text-to-speech audio to narrate digital learning. That may seem counter intuitive, yet it’s a good solution.

It’s easy to use and easy to revise. Gone are robotic AI voices or hard-to-revise human audio. We also can offer a variety of male, female, US, or European voices.

Communicating Progress

It’s important to delivery timely progress updates. The frequency and audience often varies—sometimes weekly for the core team, sometimes monthly for the wider stakeholder group.

The challenge is being prepared for almost anything and then fitting a lot into a limited time. We find that balance and proceed.

Tracking Feedback

Client markups and comments are key to our joint success. So we track each piece of feedback and confirm that each change was made via a traceability matrix. It works.

Delivering the Work

Good delivery deserves a good and orderly delivery, whether digital, virtual, or in-person training.

While the delivery modes can be different, our goal is the same—making it go as planned when planned.
