The client wanted eLearning in conjunction with change communication to prepare employees for the new system.

Plan B: Microvideos
The client wanted to use eLearning for delivery flexibility and to track course completions. The stakeholders agreed with the plan and we moved forward with development.
But we learned that most desktops did not have audio capability. While we had two modules built, we would not be able to deploy them. Instead, managers would use the microvideos in team meetings. Not ideal but workable.
